We had a juvenile Band-tailed Pigeon with the rest of the sky rats
yesterday. Sibley's says for juveniles "any month, mainly Jun-NoV," so
maybe it isn't that unusual to see them in April. Does anyone know when
they usually have young in the Puget Sound area? Adults seem to be pretty
much year round along the Fairmont ravine in West Seattle.
