Tweets, At least 100 Vaux's Swifts were settling into their roost at 7:15pm in Tenino in a steady rain. Location: the auto garage across from City Hall at Sussex x Hodgden on the main drag. Swifts have used this chimney some falls; this is the first time I have seen more than a handful roosting anywhere in Tenino in the spring. In fact, it has been 15+ years since I have seen these numbers over Tenino in the spring. Good birding!
