Yesterday there was a total of 5 STILT SANDPIPERS at the Skagit Game Range (Wylie Sough). All seen at the same time. Later in the early evening, I observed a JAEGER (probably PARASITIC) swimming at Hayton Preserve. After about 20 minutes, it flew into Skagit Bay.
