While assisting in the Leadbetter CBC our group found single female white-winged crossbills twice in a flock of red crossbills. We were in the Oysterville area on private land so details will end here. The two birds were several miles apart and one could wonder i it was an individual seen twice. I am not convinced but the important thing is if your interested in seeing a white-winged in Pacific Co. now would be the time. Pictures were taken and I imagine one or more will be posted.
