So, using optics in the direction of the runway, especially cameras (which means the direction of the gyr) will attract the ire of a couple security guards. This seems to be the first time that birders have been approached by an officer, but I recommend some caution when chasing this falcon. And I would stick to digiscoping! Please don't get a federal offense.
