I looked for the JBLM GYRFALCON today from 10:30 until about 2:00 without luck. Others I spoke with did not see it either.

The Gyr is currently (8:07 a.m.) atop the first power pole viewable from Steele Street on the border if runway at JBLM. I saw it earlier in the week in falling snow and returned this morning in dark after an early morning dropoff st Seatac. Hope was for photo. Still gray and a little drizzle but decent distant photo.
