> This week Karen and I birded at Houghton Beach Park, a small park on the shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland where we used to go swimming with our family during our pre-birding Kirkland days. It is a small park south of downtown with an interesting mix of birds and with easy parking both in a lot and on the street. Here is an album of photos and one video taken at the park.
