Subject: [Tweeters] Rough-legged or Red-tail???

Looks like a Rough-legged to me, notwithstanding some red coloration in the
tail. That could just be the way the sun is hitting it. The tail pattern,
as well as the underwing pattern, are good for Rough-legged.
