Sometimes it feels like nature is just playing with my mind. Teasing me, tantalizing me and just making me crazy. I have spent months wondering what was going on with the pileated woodpeckers this fall and winter. Suddenly, when I am looking for other birds the pileated woodpeckers are everywhere. Such is life.
