Just before 3 PM today I spotted a yellow building in the port Angeles Harbor. I've used the eBird with my scope from the first parking area as drive on to the hook. The bird was beyond the furthest logs but there was bright sunshine and the upturn bill was easy to see. This bird is somewhere between adult and winter plumage.
