Before heading home today from Pend Oreille County. I went up to Bunchgrass
Meadows early this morning. After parking at the big campsite. l got out of
the car and heard two Boreal Owls calling out towards the meadow. A minute
of two later. I heard two more calling from the other side of road. For a
while it was a Boreal Owl chorus. Beware the mosquitoes though!
