As was experienced by others today, we had great looks at the Red-necked Stint this afternoon. It was still actively feeding in the mudflats when we left at just before 2 pm. We were fortunate to have gotten such close views of this very cool bird. This is the first lifer Kendrick and I have had in years, so it was extra special. And it?s always a fun bonus to see old friends and meet new birders.
