Hello everyone,

I ran across a really sweet behavioural study that looks at conspicuous
colouring and behaviour in birds. basically, bright colours increase the
risk of predation, especially in birds where males alternate seasonally
between cryptic and conspicuous plumages. So how do brightly coloured male
birds protect themselves from predators?
