On behalf of Steve Dang: Possible female Tennessee Warbler this morning (7 a.m.) at Carkeek Park on the Piper Creek Trail (from lower parking lot) in the apple orchard. Steve eliminated all the other possibilities he could think of ... also, a Red-breasted Sapsucker on lightpole AO6 north of the main entrance.
