Hello Tweets,

Carol Ray and I found a first winter Glaucous Gull at the North Jetty at Ocean Shores on Monday. The large, all-white gull had pink legs and a large pink bill with a black tip.

It was quite comfortable with other gulls and foraged with them and at other times alone amidst the thousands of mussel shells on the beach.
