Hi Tweeters,

There are a pair of Black Phoebe acting like they may be trying to nest on
Pleasant Hill Rd north of Kelso. Just a 100 feet or so south of the
intersection of Washburn Rd is a concrete culvert draining a wetland and
these birds are in the area flycatching and occasionally disappearing out
of sight there.
