I, too, witnessed a fallout in Seattle today, around Capitol Hill.
Walking past a greenbelt above Portage Bay mid-morning, I saw around two
or three dozen (!) Western Tanagers in about a block. I also heard
Orange-crowned and Wilson's Warblers.

Back at home in a more urban spot (a couple blocks off Broadway) this
afternoon: Wilson's, Orange-crowned, and Black-throated Gray Warblers,
Warbling Vireos, and Western Tanagers, plus more usual residents, all at
once.
