Yesterday there were over 300 RED KNOTS at Bottle Beach. Today less than that, but still well over 100.


Yesterday there were 11 SANDHILL CRANES at Brady Loop. I did not see them today when I drove the loop.


Finally, I stopped today at the Hoquiam STP, hoping to see Red-necked Phalaropes. I saw none of those, but did see a female WILSON'S PHALAROPE. Go figure.
