I just tried the national site as well as Nisqually and Siletz in Oregon. No problem at all.

I have tried to access a number of different National Wildlife Refuge websites this morning and none of them will open, including the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually website. I do finally (after a long wait) get back a message that "the server where this page is located isn't responding?. Has anybody else had problems accessing NWR system websites?
