On Sunday later afternoon around 6:00pm I saw all 3 kinds of teals with
breeding plumage at the Skagit Wildlife Area at Mt. Vernon. There were 8
Cinnamon Teals, 5 Blue-winged Teals and 5 Green-winged Teals. A single
Dunlin in breeding plumage, many singing Yellow Warblers and a Purple Finch.
