Rick Ells posted a photo of a Gray-Crowned Rosy-Finch (Hepburn's
supspecies) taken near the dive park north of the Edmonds ferry dock
this afternoon.

I believe this is the first record for Edmonds. Although GCRF is
presumably a regular breeder in remote, high-altitude parts of the
county, it is not detected every year.
