This turns out to be hard to find out. When you park at Discovery for
early-morning birding at West Point, do you hike in, or do you park near
the lighthouse? Are parking rules enforced early in the morning? I can't
get down to the lighthouse, bird, and get back to the parking lot to make
it to work on time, which means I miss all the West Point birds on
weekdays. Any suggestions?
