The Tweeterage has spoken: 87.5 % of the 8 of you to whom I sent 2 photos of this silver-looking passerine, agreed that it looked most like a leucistic chickadee of some variety. However, perhaps our opinions will change with some possible new images and some observations of behavior the friend may send me in the next few days, as the bird is still prominent at his feeder but has undergone color and behavior changes since he first got photos of the bird. If I get such updated information, I will send it to those of you who indicated interest the first time I offered to send the first photos. Should more of you have your interest piqued, I will provide you with them as well as anything new.
