in mid-plateau sammamish, i've been hearing what sounds like at least one
raven the past few mornings. the calls are distinctly different, deeper
and slower, than the hundreds of local crow calls i've heard for years up
here...

do we get occasional ravens in this area? i don't recall the last time
tweeters said anything about ravens in the seattle area, though eBirds has
them listed around town... distribution maps seem to indicate ravens all
over western washington, but rare around seattle...
