Netta Smith and I saw a pair of Ospreys on their nest on the Lower River Road, W of Vancouver, Clark Co., WA, on 31 March. Another pair at a nest in Newport, Lincoln Co., OR, on 1 April. No fooling.

So some of them arrive at about this time.
