I know this is a bit off-topic, and a bit of a long shot, but so many folks
in Washington seem to spend a few weeks of winter in Mexico, that I thought
maybe some of y'all could help!

I'm going to a wedding in Cancun in a little over a week, at one of the
resorts there.

Most of my evenings are going to be occupied with wedding things, but, I
was hoping maybe I could take a day to do some birding in the area.

Googling hasn't been a ton of help-;does anyone have experience with* e.g. a
day tour (with an experienced guide, or at least someone who does the
driving)*, or sneaking off the resort to some particularly primo place in
Cancun for birding?

Please let me know of any recommendations/thoughts/etc! Many thanks!
