Dear Tweeters,
Since there was a report that the Sand Road Great Grey Owl had been seen this morning (Wednesday, 4th April 2018), I decided to try for it. Bob Kuntz joined me up there, and we scoured the school campus of Harmony Elementary, plus the dead-end road next door (Eberly Road). We did not see the owl. A teacher who had been working in her classroom told us that the owl had spent several hours on the fenceline by the staff/bus parking lot. I am not sure who saw the bird today, or what time it was.
