" I'm part of a growing group of folks working together to increase the
awareness and subsequent usage of the West Duwamish Greenbelt in SW
Seattle. We are motivated to increase walking access for recreation and
restoration efforts and to bring a greater connection to the Duwamish
Longhouse, history and culture. We lead walks and engage in restoration
efforts throughout the forest and advocate for greater trail access and
maintenance. We have been trying to lead some walks with a specific focus
such as history or anxiety reduction, and would like to have one focused on
birds and birding. "
