Hi Anthony -
For access to Iceberg Point on Lopez, you park at Agate Beach County Park and walk in.
There's a small lot at Agate Beach CP, and the road beyond it is signed for no parking. Walk up the hill and look for a trail across from Bat & Ball Lane -; It looks like a closed road, but is marked with a sign [still perhaps painted on an old saw] pointing the way to Iceberg Point.
I'd say the full walk in is about 1 1/2 miles.

Once up on the bluffs at Iceberg Point, note that you'll be hoping for distant fly-by views at best of Tufted Puffin -; definitely a possibility as Alex recently reported on eBird, but you'll want to be prepared for a lot of patience and scoping to hope for a view [I'm still hoping to luck out on one there after several tries in past years!]
