My mobile app has been doing weird things for quite awhile like no Black Bellied Plover but Grey Plover and Goosander but no Common Merganser and many others as well.  Is it trying to get European and ABA names to work together?

Likely eBird is updating taxonomies based on the latest AOU update. They'll be in flux for a few days but will auto-correct.
