Hi all:
I have noticed a steady decline in swallows at Sykes lake for several years now.  Since the lake remains as too full as ever, I doubt moisture is the problem.  I think it's either lack of prey or poisonous prey, i.e , the bugs the birds catch are carrying toxic loads of glyphosate or nicorinamides.  I stopped treating my pets for fleas quite a while back because it's no longer necessary.
I guess Monsanto and Bayer will try to set me straight, but I won't listen, probably.
Regards,
T
