Recently I saw a banded Caspian tern at Discovery Park at low tide. Is
there anyone in particular I should contact regarding the bird? I tried the
folks at Oregon State University, who have a Caspian tern study, but have
not heard back. Is anyone else out there studying the terns? Yellow band on
one leg with what looks like the A294 (or maybe N294) and green and a red
band on the other leg.
