There is a female Long-tailed Duck at Gas Works Park, moving up and down
the east shore of the south lawn.

When I arrived, Todd Sahl was already working on getting a video of it
through his scope. But you don't need a scope to see it -- it is just a few
feet from shore, close enough that you can even see it swimming underwater.
