I think it happens fairly regularly in Washington. When Harris's Sparrows
are found here, they are often with large flocks of other Zonotrichias,
which usually include both Golden-crowned and White-crowned, and
occasionally include a White-throated or two.
As an example, here's an eBird checklist with all 4 from a rural area east
of Seattle last weekend:

And all 4 were present last winter at Sikes Lake, in the same general area
(sample eBird checklist:
http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S33514210).
That's two examples from King County in the last year, so not all that
infrequent here. Five Zono day strikes me as very very unlikely to happen,
but would be amazing if it did!
