Hi Tweeters,
I got the pleasure of watching a Northern Harrier harass a Short-eared Owl this afternoon at the Everett Sewage Lagoons. They were in the area just north of the polishing pond ( the north end of the lagoons). This was just before it got dark and was quite a sight to see.

There were also a lot of ducks in the lagoons, primarily Northern Pintail, Northern Shoveler, Lesser Gadwall, American Wigeon, and a Ruddy Ducks.
