Hello everyone,

I just published a piece about a recent AUK paper by Peter Pyle and several
collaborators of his at The Institute for Bird Populations. In this paper,
they ask whether North American landbirds molt on their breeding
territories as previously thought, or if they have discrete molting
locations where they hole up before continuing to their wintering areas?

I hope this piece is interesting and educational -- and I certainly hope
you share it with your birdie friends, and on social media as well as
twitter.

thank you for reading.
