Hello Tweets,
This morning, just before 8am, I had a Manx Shearwater fly by the Edmonds
pier headed north. I was able to watch it for several minutes before I lost
it when it appeared to land on the water. I was unable to relocate it after
another 90 minutes of looking with the help of several Edmonds birders.

This is the first record of Manx Shearwater for Snohomish County and one of
very few records for Puget Sound.
