Yesterday we finally enjoyed our first view of two young eagles in the Seward Park nest. We knew we had something happening in this nest but the young were not tall enough to peek above the nest rim…until now!! To check them out, drive the upper road in Seward Park and park in the first parking lot (near picnic shelter #3). The nest is just south of the swing sets in a Douglas-fir. Looking forward to their growth and development from such an easy to access location!
