On a drive-through of Skagit Valley my husband and I observed a Red-tailed Hawk on a utility line just south of intersection of Best Rd. and Chilberg/Calhoun Rds.
There is a large blue square tag with "50" in dark font on its left shoulder.
Snow Geese numbers in the fields are reduced from winter numbers. Lots of Bald Eagles. Daffodils buds are just starting to show yellow.
