I own a set of Vanguard Endeavor binocs. I had an issue with the eye cups
after 6 years of ownership. I called Vanguard and had a new pair within 10
days. I was all worked up for an argument and got none.

I had to do some chores around the house to work off the adrenaline.

I was happy, my wife was happy.
