Hi, I travel across Hwy 2 frequently and have noticed several raptor nest on poles that are covered in green tarp. I assumed these are Osprey nests, like many being used off of Sunset Hwy Northeast of Wenatchee. Does anyone know why some of the nests are covered? Just curious.
