My 21 year old Leica binoculars finally arrived home after 4 months at Leica USA repair facility, as good as new. Everyone at Leica was polite & professional, it just took way too long. The bean-counters need to hire 1-2 more repair technicians to bring the turnaround time down to acceptable levels. I'm looking forward to a day in the field with my old friends.
