At the eastern base of March Point in Skagit County ~ where you cross the train tracks, I counted 75 feeding Great Blue Herons and further out a tight-knit flock of White Pelicans scooping fish. Further down the road 2 parent Canada Geese hissed at my car as their 5 goslings scurried into the road-side grasses! Great Day! --Jackie Boss
