The shot was taken today at Mt Baker, Heather Meadows. I believe I know what it is but not 100% certain. I thought I'd throw this out to you all and get feedback of what you use for determining the ID.

Species seen at Mt Baker today (Heather Meadows, Artist Point, and a couple other nearby stops).
This was the birdiest day I've ever had up at Mt Baker. Wonder if it has anything to do with the big migration forecast that was talked about http://birdcast.info/scientific-discussion/spotlight-on-the-west/

American Dipper - Chain Lake Trail
American Pipit
Cedar Waxwing - a group(s) of about 25 mostly immature feeding on blueberries and ash berries. They were stacked like Christmas ornaments tightly at the tops of trees.

Red-breasted Sapsucker
Canaday Jay
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Yellow-rumped Warbler

Not bad for a very wet and often foggy day. Wet enough to get water in my new Zeiss binocs! Hope they have a good warranty.
