Hey everyone, yesterday I saw a young Cooper's Hawk flying over in Fife. I
noticed it had a tag on its right leg, orange/reddish in color. Didn't see
any visible letters or numbers or anything. Anyone know what these tags are
for? Is there a way to report the sighting of a tagged raptor? There's a
