Hey everyone, just wanted to thank you for your responses! Ed Deal sent me
a message stating that this bird, a female, was released from a
rehabilitation center in Tacoma a couple months back. She had likely
suffered from a window strike so was being treated, and then tagged before
release. Awesome to see she's still in the area and doing well!
