The Say's Phoebe was fly-catching on the west side of the inlet (when first walking from parking area, up the footpath to the first sign along the path). Look west and watch for fly-catching movement either from a little bare shrub or the logs nearby. Good looks both using binoculars and scope! Also, the Red-necked Phalarope was still there, as well as 4 Pectoral Sandpipers.
