You might look into the Olympus OM-D E-M1 with 40-150 mm lens (2x multiplier with this sensor + 1.4x teleconverter gives you the equivalent of a 420 mm SLR lens). This is a wonderful camera and lens combination, very high quality, as you'll see if you read reviews. You can also get a 300 mm, which with 1.4x TC gives you the equivalent of an 840 mm lens, but I actually prefer the versatility of the zoom option.
