Had my First-of-the-Year Barn Swallow -now- yesterday morning 4/8 at Lake
Jeane/Twin Lakes/Federal Way. Also on my morning walk, a female Townsend's
Warbler in a blooming Japanese Cherry Tree was a beautiful sight.
Sunday an Osprey flying over Twin Lakes was an FOY bird for this location.
I had seen one sitting on the nesting platform at I-90 and the Cle Elum
exit, above the Railroad Ponds, on Wednesday, April 3rd. Seemed a bit
lonely, waiting for its mate to return.

Good Birding!
