Very vocal black throated gray warblers have returned to Bainbridge Island- thought i heard one a week or two ago but it was quick and it didn't repeat its call. Unlike this past weekend when they were loud and present in my yard and throughout the Grand Forest Park. Thought I heard a wilson's as well but can't confirm. Also seen was a very likely Pacific slope flycather- it didn't call but I had views at about 5-10 feet. It was a small empidonax flycatcher that didn't call (not a kinglet or hutton's vireo which have been busy calling for a few weeks). Flight behavior, posture, and color (as well as being a very common breeder in summer) leads me to this assumption. I haven't seen any other reports (maybe i missed them) this early. Any other likely culprits due to migration timing I should check out?

Thanks!
